One of my co-worker got fired last week, and you know why? Well it is because that he falsify the information about his educational and financial background. I think that the pre-employment screening agency of our company is not conducting a thorough background search.  That’s why from that day on, our company is more careful in hiring people. They even got a new pre-employment screening agency to do the work for them. I believe that it is really important that you choose an individual with just the right combination of personality, skills, abilities, and commendable past behaviour as an employee on your company, just like me.
